Before founding The Strathdee Group, Amy served as the Candidate Services Director at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), where she led a department dedicated to supporting targeted Democratic incumbents and candidates nationwide. In this role, she helped build strong campaign infrastructures and successful fundraising operations. Amy was instrumental in overseeing fundraising efforts for Democratic House candidates, managing a competitive landscape of 92 races.
She joined the DCCC in 2009 as the Western Regional Candidate Services Director, providing strategic guidance to congressional campaigns across Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Washington.
Prior to her tenure at the DCCC, Amy spearheaded PAC fundraising efforts for the NY-20 special election, helping to elect Scott Murphy. During the 2008 election cycle, she contributed to fundraising operations for Majority Leader Steny H. Hoyer. In the 2006 cycle, she served as the finance director for Ellen Simon’s congressional campaign (AZ-01) and Francine Busby’s special election bid (CA-50).

Prior to joining The Strathdee Group, Jonathan served as the Western Finance Advisor for EMILY’s List where he provided tactical fundraising advice to all Gubernatorial, Senatorial and House campaigns west of the Rocky Mountains. He worked with 10 races and played a critical role in the election of one governor, two senators and four congresswomen.
Before joining EMILY’s List, Jonathan worked as the Finance Director for Congresswoman Julia Brownley’s (CA-26) 2014 reelection campaign. He built a robust finance operation that raised nearly $4 million in one of the nation’s most competitive races. He also played a major role in Congresswoman Brownley’s election in 2012 where she made history as the first Democrat to represent the district in over 70 years.

Prior to starting with The Strathdee Group, Julie worked in finance on a handful of federal, state, and local races. She most recently served as the Maryland Finance Director for Angela Alsobrooks’ 2024 U.S. Senate campaign, helping to raise over $30 million for a first-time U.S. Senate candidate.
Julie also played a key role in strengthening Democratic fundraising at the state and local levels, serving as the Finance Director for Brooke Lierman’s successful 2022 State Comptroller race, raising a record-breaking $4 million. Additionally, Julie was the Finance Director for a top-targeted Virginia Delegate race in 2021 and was part of the finance team for the New Hampshire State Senate Caucus in 2020.
Julie graduated Magna Cum Laude from American University’s School of Public Affairs with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies: Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics, and Government (CLEG). She is originally from New Hampshire, and developed her love for political campaigns when volunteering for Hillary Clinton in 2016.

Most recently, she served as an account executive for a direct mail firm helping candidates with digital and direct mail campaigns, including the New Hampshire Democratic Party and Planned Parenthood. During the 2020 cycle, Reeve was a campaign assistant on the Karen Carter Peterson for Congress campaign supporting their fundraising and field teams. She also served as a fellow at Biden for President, leading field efforts for the Pennsylvania coordinated campaign and on Tulane University’s campus. She interned for Rock the Vote and Operation Restoration, an organization that supports women and girls impacted by incarceration.

Before joining the Strathdee Group, Lindsay worked as the PAC Associate for AIPAC PAC, where she played a pivotal role in contributing to its unprecedented success as the country's largest member-qualified Political Action Committee within its first year of operation. She worked closely to develop and implement the delivery of over $17 million in contributions in the 2022 election cycle and over $25 million in contributions in the 2024 election cycle. Before her time at AIPAC, Lindsay served as a Legislative Fellow with the American Jewish Committee in 2021. During the 2020 cycle, Lindsay worked with the Jewish Democratic Council for America where she led efforts to get out the vote for the Presidential candidate Joe Biden. She interned for a Democratic U.S. Senator in 2019 and 2020.

Before joining the Strathdee Group, Emma gained extensive experience supporting Democratic leaders, candidates, incumbents, and their legislative priorities across various roles. In the summer and fall of 2024, she interned with EMILY's List in the State and Local Campaigns Department, where she played a pivotal role in supporting over 220 endorsed pro-choice Democratic women candidates in state legislatures, statewide offices, and state supreme courts. Her efforts helped secure historic victories down the ballot in the 2024 election cycle.
Prior to her time at EMILYs List, Emma served as a finance intern at Fulkerson Kennedy & Company. There, she supported DC-based fundraising efforts for prominent Democratic Senate leaders’ re-election campaigns in 2024.
Emma graduated Magna Cum Laude from The George Washington University in December 2024, earning dual B.A. degrees in Political Science with a Public Policy focus and Economics, along with a minor in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. She is proudly a Nashville native.
